For Veterinarians

A veterinary partnership that benefits you.

Our team is an extension of your practice. We strive to communicate quickly, provide our expertise as a resource for your team, add value to the client/owner experience, and ensure your patient receives the best quality surgical care that they could receive anywhere.

Consultation, Scheduling, & Pricing

Consultation or scheduling should be made by a clinic or hospital representative. We provide all the supplies required for surgery, including surgical gowns, drapes, suture, instrumentation, implants, as well as post-operative Nocita (72-hour duration local bupivicaine block). For TPLO surgeries, an orthopedic sling and Licksleeve are also provided.

We use single-fee, package pricing. There are no hidden or unpredictable costs that come up when creating procedure estimates for clients. Radiographs, anesthesia, medications, and technical support for provision of anesthesia are provided by your practice. This model creates an alternative profit-center for your clinic by maintaining specialty surgery in-house vs. outside referral.

If you are a veterinarian, please feel free to contact us directly to receive our current fee-list for common surgeries we provide.

Communication

We are happy to communicate with owners prior to surgery upon request, and always communicate with clients immediately following surgery to discuss the procedure and review the after-care plan directly with them.

We are available following surgery for any questions by both the DVM team and the owner. We provide owners and veterinarians with a direct line to access our team by text message or email, 24/7. We will also provide in-person recheck evaluations, when necessary, to track progress & healing or help manage any complications that may arise.

Get Started

Contact us (email preferred) to initiate a discussion with our surgeons on any case we can help with. We will contact you the day prior to a scheduled surgery to confirm estimated arrival time. On the day of surgery, we will contact you approximately 30 minutes prior to anticipated arrival time so pre-anesthetic preparations can begin.

Upon arrival, we will set up our equipment, exam the patient in person and then proceed with surgery, if appropriate. Following surgery, we will contact the owner directly and prepare custom-tailored after-care discharges & surgical reports that you can provide the owner and maintain for your medical records.

For all email case consults: Please include the patient breed, weight, age, as well as pertinent physical exam findings & any diagnostic images obtained.

We aim to respond to all emailed case consult requests within 24 hours on business days.
